Please call if you want your order shipped other than UPS ground or USPS. NEW JERSEY residents must add 6% for sales tax, otherwise, please email or fax your tax resale certificate or tax exempt certificate.
Please note that USPS is non-trackable unless you will specify USPS Priority Mail with Delivery confirmation but with additional charges to you.

International Orders

| PB&J will gladly ship your order anywhere that accepts deliveries from the United States. The buyer will pay all the duty and customs charges. We will charge you the actual shipping costs. Please e-mail for your shipping preferences. |

Return Policy

- Return authorization is required for all returns. Special orders are not
returnable.
- Only returns made within 15 days from receipt will be refunded.
- Only unopened items in new condition are subject to refund. Only the
cost of the items are refundable-shipping charge is not.
- The buyer covers shipping costs or insurance on returned items.. * Returned items lost in the mail will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Back-Order Policy

Out of stock items are usually available within 3-4 weeks. We will call or email you when the items become available. We will ship you (free shipping) the back ordered items if the weight is less than 3 lbs. Above 3 lbs- we will charge you only 50% of the shipping costs. Please note that we are shipping by UPS ground or USPS. This policy doesn’t include international orders and that from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We will apply actual shipping charges for shipping back orders for international orders and that from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
